Our fees are based on a project specific basis and are normally calculated as a percentage of the project based on its construction cost and complexity. Some of our services are charged using fixed fees or at hourly rates.
We believe that the additional benefits that our expertise and professionalism can bring to a project have positive effects with regard its outcome and cost. This coupled with the peace of mind our client’s have knowing that we will be working for their best interests we believe is of real value.
